To friends and family of Council #50,
I am blown away by the support for our 27th annual Fundraising Clambake that took place yesterday. The weather was virtually perfect! The amount of food offered to all is unprecedented. The variety offered is a hit each year, along with Chef Carl’s famous clam chowder! We served 207 meals and saw a wonderful mix of new faces along side of our seasoned attendees. Thank you for being part of such a wonderful experience. We hope you enjoyed the day. We had a record-setting Lobster raffle AND 50/50. We have a great group of volunteers that tirelessly work from early morning to evening every year. I am grateful for each and every one of them! The event can not occur without their efforts.
