** We take great care in ensuring that all areas of the facility are disinfected prior to, and after all events. We take appropriate precautions to sanitize all High-Touch Areas-surfaces and objects that are touched frequently including–
– All Door handles,
– Trash receptacle touch points
– Restrooms-Sink faucets and counters, toilet handles, soap dispensers and towel dispenser handles
– Tables, chairs
– Kitchen and Food Preparation Areas-Handles of all kitchen equipment doors, cabinets, counter surfaces

We routinely extend the use of our facility for an after funeral celebrations as needed – Nominal clean up fee only)
A Bartender is included for the duration of the party. Per Connecticut State Liquor laws, all beer and alcohol/liquor must be purchased through the K of C. The K of C has access to a caterer if one is needed.
We will provide ALL non alcoholic beverages as necessary at a reasonable cost.
Rentals are subject to a $225 REFUNDABLE security deposit to ensure that there is no damage to our newly renovated Hall, refunded the day after the event
We own a professional public address system with 2 speakers – may be rented for a nominal cost upon request

Christopher's Lounge
Downstairs- 30ft x 80ft space
- 36 round tables
- Attached kitchen and access to a full-service bar and bathroom amenities
- Capacity 90 people, depending on set up configuration.
- St Christopher’s Lounge rental fee is $225.00 which includes the use of the hall for 6 hrs. Clean up will be performed by us

Upper Hall
Upstairs- 30×80 space, a kitchen and bathroom amenities.
- (32) 60 inch round tables, (10) 6 ft rectangular tables, and (5) 3 ft round high-top tables
- full-service bar-capacity 225 people.
- The Hall rental fee is $525.00 which includes the use of the hall for 6 hrs. Clean up will be performed by us.

Pavilion
Outdoors- 40×100 space.
- (25) picnic tables, kitchen and bathroom amenities
- Spacious 10 acre grounds with a softball field, volleyball court, and horseshoe pits.
- The Pavilion rental fee is $525.00 which includes the use of all outdoor areas. the renter is responsible to put trash into the receptacles. Clean up will be performed by us.
